3D Numeric Clock Screensaver is a colorful screensaver that shows the current time in big digits and with a 3D effect. This screensaver is compatible with all Windows operating systems currently available. Moreover, it has been designed to fit all screen sizes and resolutions automatically.

The program's installer runs smoothly and allows you to install the screensaver on your system in just a few clicks. However, it is configured to install unrequested third-party software tools together with the screensaver. Those tools are Babylon 9 translation tool and dictionary, and Babylon toolbar for Internet Explorer. Thus, you will need to deactivate the installation of these extra programs explicitly if you do not want to have them installed on your system.

Like most screensavers, 3D Numeric Clock includes a configuration window, though the only thing you can really configure there is the image quality. You can select among six values – low, medium, high, best, auto low, and auto high. However, I could not see any noticeable difference among them, not even when comparing the lowest quality level to the highest. To top it all off, there is also a mysterious "loop" parameter that you can enable or disable – once again, I could not figure out what this parameter does, as it does not seem to produce any visual effect either.

In short, 3D Numeric Clock may be an interesting screensaver for you only if you like having a big 3D clock on your screen – it allows you to check the time instantly, even from a long distance.
